Parsnip apple and ginger soup with parsnip crisps and naan bread

Pigeon and hazelnut wellington with butternut squash puree, chocolate and balsamic jus,

Goats cheese panna cotta, poached pear, chicory, toasted walnuts, honey and port reduction and pea shoots

Squid marinated in chilli, ginger, garlic and coconut milk on a bed of coriander and lime cous cous and topped with sweet potato crisps

Pan fried scallops with braised pig cheek, black pudding, apple puree and crispy fennel (£7.50 Supplement)


The Main Event…

Pan fried Gressingham duck breast, parsnip and beetroot rosti, red cabbage, kale and Cumberland jus,

Confit halibut, orange braised chicory, saffron fondant, grilled razor clam with gremolata and finished with a blood orange beurre blanc

Jerusalem artichoke, sultana and chest nut stuffed savoy cabbage leave, with parmentier potato, salsify, kale pesto and red currents

Breast of guinea fowl, confit leg and bacon bon bon, pomme anna potato, chestnut mushroom, celeriac puree, wilted spinach and Madeira jus
