Marston House, Marlborough Road, Southwold is an attractive and very spacious 1920s detached family house just a short stroll from the beach, the town centre and all other amenities. Sleeps 6/8.

This house is privately owned, marketed by Southwold Pier. Call us on 01502 722105 (xtn 5) to check availability. Holidays here are Saturday to Saturday.

Ground Floor: Spacious entrance hall leading to sitting room with TV and DVD player plus DVD’s and family games. Kitchen /dining room with microwave, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. French windows to conservatory and garden. Ground floor shower room with shower, wash basin and WC. Utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. Back door to covered passage way and garden.

Lower Ground Floor: Stairs down to bedroom with twin beds.

First Floor: 3 bedrooms: Front bedroom with king size bed. Back bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room with shower, wash baisin and WC. Front bedroom with 3ft bunk beds. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and WC.

Heating: Gas central heating and hot water

Appliances: Not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown are: TV/DVD player, Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Garden: Enclosed garden with patio furniture. There is a covered passageway to the front of the house.

Bedding: Feather and down duvets and pillows with linen are provided. Please bring your own towels.

Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children welcome.
