Pier Perks Card – Terms & Conditions of Use
1. Eligibility
The Pier Perks card is available to all customers aged 16 and over. By registering or using the card, you agree to these terms.
2. Card Use
The Pier Perks card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive applicable discounts or offers. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
3. Offers & Discounts
Pier Perks cardholders are entitled to access exclusive discounts and selected offers across Southwold Pier, including participating food outlets and retail shops.
Offers may vary and are subject to availability.
4. Non-Transferable
The card is issued for individual use only and is non-transferable. Misuse may result in cancellation.
5. Lost or Damaged Cards
If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact our customer service team. A replacement may be issued at our discretion.
6. Validity
Southwold Pier reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Pier Perks programme at any time without prior notice. Existing offers may change at short notice.
7. No Cash Value
The Pier Perks card holds no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or other services beyond the outlined discounts.
8. Data Protection
Any personal information provided during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
9. Abuse of Programme
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw membership from any person found to be abusing the Pier Perks programme.
